Greetings from Lieutenant Governor Education and Training

I am thrilled and excited to have been elected as your LT Gov Education and Training for 2012-2013 and we have an energetic and committed team to serve your needs.

This year promises to be a challenging but rewarding year and we (the Leadership Team) enjoy a good challenge. This year marks the change to new methods to determine District, Division and Area Success based principally on the Distinguished Club Program (DCP). The District Leadership Team is here to support you all in achieving your goals.

The District Leadership is committed to help ALL clubs and members to achieve their goals. If a Club gets the appropriate help that it needs, fulfilling the goals of the individual members will be automatic and the DCP status will follow.

We will be introducing new and dynamic programs to support Clubs and Officers with specialised Training in certain Areas (such as Judging. Mentoring etc) in each Division at least four times a year. These programs will also include greater opportunities for individual members to participate in Training Development and Certification Projects.

We will be supportive and available to discuss any issues with Divison Governors, Area Governors and Club Officers. As Lt Governor Education and Training, I can help you meet the educational goals and achieve success for your members! If you need support or assistance, simply ask for it and we will respond.
