- Remind club officers to attend Division-sponsored club officers training in order to receive credit or Distinguished Club Program (DCP)
- Review club's progress on completing D-55 Smedley's Challenge & TMD55 League
- Inform Clubs to conduct speech contests: International Speech
- Remind clubs to submit club-officer lists not submitted
- Remind clubs to review Club Success Plan or create a new one with new club officers

- Membership Campaign — Talk Up Toastmasters Award
- March 1 — clubs begin collecting membership dues for payment to Toastmasters International by April 1.
- Area contests continue — International speech
- March 18 — J-62 Area Contest, Housing Authority of the City of Austin Administration Bldg., 1124 S IH 35, Austin, TX, 78704, (Located near the southwest corner of IH-35 and Riverside Dr.) (map) 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Briefings begin at 6:15 p.m. Meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.
- March 22 — Combined Area Contest H82, I70, I72, Taste of China Super Buffet, 3711 Colony Drive, San Antonio, TX 78230, (map) 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- March 26 — Area M-31 Speech Contest at IBM off Burnet Rd. in north Austin, 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. Anyone interested in helping with the contest can contact Richard Hartman or Nicole Talley, the contest chair.
- March 27 — Combined Area M-30/M-32 Speech Contest at Freescale facility on Parmer Lane @ Anderson Mill. Meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.
- March 29 —, Division K Area Contests, 1 p.m. at Spicewood Springs Branch public library, 8637 Spicewood Springs Rd. (map located on Capital Metro bus route 383). Contestants for ALL AREAS NEED TO BE PRESENT AT 12:40PM for contestant briefing. Judges and other roles are still needed, please reply directly to Division K Governor Dwayne Windham at Div-K@tmd55.org or call him at (512) 771-8673 if interested to volunteer.
