Toastmasters LOVES to recognize its members and its clubs. No accomplishment is too small. Visitors to Toastmasters Clubs quickly discover that meeting participants are given warm and thoughtful applause when they are introduced and when they complete their speech or report.
As members complete educational projects in communications and leadership, they are recognized and rewarded. Clubs and members are recognized for adding members, and keeping club membership levels high, Clubs are recognized for submitting dues and officer election results in a timely manner, and sending officers to sanctioned training events. In District 55, Toastmaster members are recognized for visiting other clubs. Corporations are recognized for their support of Toastmasters Clubs. Finally, winners of speech contests held twice a year are recognized.
